We are 18 days until the big event which will be hosted at the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. Alamo City Comic Con this year will be huge! The convention hopes to celebrate every form of art from every format to every culture in the world. Geeks, nerds, gamers, and fans of pop culture will be pleased to find that Alamo City Comic Con’s line-up for 2013 is bigger and better than ever before. High profile celebrities will be attending this year from popular shows like The Walking Dead, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers. Stars from hit movies like X-Men, The Lord of The Rings, The Hobbit, Miss Congeniality, and various Star Wars movies will be at Alamo City Comic Con for all three days for fans to meet.
This year, Alamo City Comic Con has some fabulous supporters and sponsors that are making all of the magic happen on October 25th to the 27th. Santikos Theaters which are local to the San Antonio and Houston areas will be sponsoring the convention. 99.5 KISS Rock, Heroes & Fantasies, Dragon’s Lair, and many more organizations and companies have also offered their services to support the huge San Antonio event.
If you’re big on nerd gear and merchandise, the vendors list for Alamo City Comic Con looks fantastic. Plenty of vendors will be attending and selling top notch products for great prices. Marvel, Game Over Video Games, TeeNinja, Japan Toyz & Diecast, and more will have great geek accesories, shirts, toys, figures, and collectible items all in one, huge dealer’s room.
